Addendum No. 1 to the "User Agreement"

1. Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the MOJO.az Service User Agreement.

1.2. This Privacy Policy determines the procedure for receiving, storing, processing, using, disclosing and protecting the User`s personal data.

1.3. The personal database of Users is located at the address of the Administration.

1.4. The administrator of the personal database is the Administration of “MOJO” Limited Liability Company.

1.5. When filling out the form for publishing an advertisement or during the User`s registration on the Service, or when subscribing to mailings, as well as in other cases of using the Service, the User provides information and personal data to the Administration. Information may also be collected through surveys of Service Users. Participation in User surveys is carried out with the User`s permission.

1.6. The User freely and voluntarily decides to provide the Service with personal data and any other information about himself, and also hereby expresses his consent to the processing of personal data and information by the Administration, their transfer to other Users and/or third parties acting on behalf of the Administration for processing.

1.7. The processing of personal data is a set of any actions or actions such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination (dissemination, realization, transmission, including abroad) and destruction of personal data, as well as information (automated) systems.

1.8. The purposes of the processing of personal data are, among others, the following:

1.8.1. To collect statistical and analytical data to improve the performance of the Service, its services and facilities. purchase;

1.8.2. expanding the range of services provided;

1.8.3. receiving information or advertising messages from the Service or third parties (notifications about new opportunities, promotions and other news);

1.8.4. warning and prevention of illegal or unauthorized actions of Users or third parties;

1.8.5. ensuring compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation.

1.9. The Service collects the following information about Users:

1.9. displays or otherwise discloses personal information entered by the User to the Administration when using the Service. Such information may, in particular (but not limited to), include the User`s name and surname, e-mail address and password, phone number, User`s location, as well as address. If the User logs in through a social network profile, the Service may also collect information posted on such social network profile. The User is responsible for the information provided to him, while the Service provides a channel for the dissemination and publication of the User`s information on the Internet.

1.9.2. Technical information automatically collected by the Service`s software when accessing it.

1.10. The Service, as well as the Administration, does not collect and process information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious and worldview opinions, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as information related to health, sex life, biometric or genetic data.

1.11. The Service and Administration do not provide any personal or other information provided by Users to third parties not related to the Service, except when the User gives such permission, as well as in cases provided for by the User Agreement or by law.

1.12. The Service and Administration in some cases may share some information with third parties cooperating with the Service or related to the Administration. may provide to individuals.

1.13. The Administration does not sell or rent information and personal data provided by Users in the process of using the Service.

1.14. In order to facilitate interaction between Users, the Services provide limited access to the contact information of other Users. The right to use information provided by other Users is limited by the User Agreement.

1.15. The User of the Service undertakes not to use information provided by another User without the written permission of such User or confirmation of the right to use such information in any other way. All information received by the User about other Users in connection with the use of the Service may be used only for the execution of agreements on the Goods. Thus, the User is not allowed to use the e-mail address for the purpose of sending direct advertising or other sending of unwanted electronic messages, as well as the phone number of another User, as well as illegal actions taken without the knowledge or consent of another User.

1.16. The User of the Service has the opportunity to change, delete or otherwise edit personal and other information provided by him in the process of using the Service at any time.

1.17. The User is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of any information and data provided by him.

1.18. If the User has logged in, registered and uses the Service with the help of the OpenID service, the User can set the procedure for transferring and using his data in the parameters of such service.

1.19. The Service and Administration take all effective measures to protect the User`s personal data from unauthorized access by third parties.

1.20. All personal data collected and processed by the Service are stored on a server that is inaccessible outside one or more protected corporate networks. All employees of the Administration who perform functions with access to and use of personal and other information of Users have signed an agreement on the non-disclosure of information about Users to third parties.

2. Cookies, web beacons and similar technologies

2.1. The Service may use cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies to store information. These files are used to facilitate the use of the website and its applications, to improve the quality of the Service services (including security), as well as for advertising purposes.

2.2. Any information received from the User by the Service, as well as the placement of cookies in the User`s browser, is carried out through notification and with the User`s permission. By continuing to use the Service, the User grants the Service his/her permission to store cookies in the User`s browser.

2.3. The Service uses cookies and similar technologies, cookies that remain on the User`s device during the User`s browser activity, as well as other similar technologies that remain on the User`s device for a longer period of time. The User has the right to block, delete or disable such cookies and similar technologies, if the User`s device allows this.

2.3.1. Cookies are a term used in computer terminology to describe information in the form of text or binary data received from the Service, which is stored in the User`s browser, and then, if the User of the Service visits it again, is sent to the Service. Thus, the Service records the User`s browser at the time of the visit. Cookies facilitate the use of the Service by recording the necessary information for logging into the system and collecting statistics. Cookies do not store personal information.

2.3.2. Web beacons – are small graphic images (also known as "dot markers" or "web beacons") that can be included in the Service, as well as in its services, applications, exchange messages, and tools that usually work in conjunction with cookies to identify the User.

2.3.3. Similar technologies – are technologies that use local shared objects or local storage and other methods of software web applications, storing information in the browser or device, such as "flash cookies" and "HTML 5 cookies". These technologies can work in all browsers of the User, but in some cases they cannot be controlled entirely by the browser and may require direct management by the User through applications or devices.

2.4. The Administration takes all security measures to prevent unauthorized access to cookies and similar technologies. The User undertakes to take similar security measures. The Administration guarantees that only the Administration and/or authorized service providers of the Service have access to cookie information.

2.5. The Service`s service providers are companies that assist with various aspects of the Service. The Administration uses some authorized service providers for the provision of the relevant services of the Service to the User, as well as for other purposes related to the direct operation of the Service. Such service providers may also place cookies on the User`s device through the services of the Service (third-party cookies). They may also collect other information, such as IP address or other identifiers.

2.6. Any information collected and stored by the Service using the above technologies is used with the User`s consent.

2.7. The User may manage cookies in the browser or device settings. To refuse the collection and storage of information, you need to set the flag in the "Do not save cookies" item in the browser settings, as well as click the "Clear cookies" button.

2.8. Technical information contained in the system, such as IP addresses, is used by the Service for servicing network equipment, as well as for generalizing statistical and other information.

2.9. In order to ensure high-quality services tailored to the individual needs and interests of the User, the Service stores information about the User`s last access to the system.

3. Making changes to the Privacy Policy

3.1. The Administration may make changes to the Privacy Policy, delete it or update its rules.

3.2. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he must stop using the Service. If the User continues to use the Service, he/she agrees and accepts all changes and the new version of the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
